'Offering plenty of glide and freedom of movement whilst doing the warming-up based techniques. The cream then gradually absorbs so that as I get into deeper techniques I have the control and friction I need; without having to add or remove any cream. This cream (like any medium) takes a couple of goes to get right. A real bonus is that unlike most oils and creams I have used, this one does disappear if you do get a bit heavy handed with the amount. The organic almond oil base and the Bach remedies mean that over application can really only be of benefit anyway. Being able to boast that I’ve taken the trouble to choose such a well endowed medium helps to show I care about the work I do. It bothers me a little when soft tissue therapists use any old oil or cream.'

'I run the Full Fitness Sports Injury & Rehab Clinic in Bath and therefore have the opportunity to test many of the physio & sports massage creams, oils and remedies that are on the market. I am always very particular to check the ingredients of any of these products as I have found that many with heat or cooling properties will have a synthetic chemical element in the ingredient, hence the strong heat or cold feel they give off when applied.

As a sports person myself and someone who assists athletes to recover from injury and maintain their fitness at its peak, I care about what I apply to the skin/body. For this reason I love using the Vorganic Massage Cream. It is 100% natural, and I am confident about the bach flower remedies healing and rejuvenating properties as I have had great results from using it for recovery or maintenance treatments.
